a DIY faux stained glass window hanging

Nicely made "stained" glass window hanging with green, red, and frosted glass "pebbles" set in a window casing that measures 28.75 x 14.5 x 1 inches. The glass pieces are glued to a piece of window glass (see photo #4). It's quite pretty when the sun is shining. The photos were taken before I replaced the glass pebbles that had fallen out. It now has all its pebbles except for one.

Discovered in an antique store in Bozeman. Age?
