PLEASE HELP (hot water on demand)

I'm looking for anyone that can help me with either.Welding, this part fabricating the burnt pieces or anything that can help me make my hot water on demand work again.I'm having to deal with customer service and it has been an absolute nightmare.They have not helped me in any way.Whatsoever, there is a warranty on it, and they're still not helping me.It's a fogatti brand outdoor propane tankless hot water heater on demand. There's no part number on the parts that are burnt.Fogatti cannot provide me a phone number to call to get part replaced i paid over $800 for unit cant afford to buy new unit please can someone find this part for me or help with rebuilding part
