We have two office spaces open in the downtown area. The building is next to Hill Park and Woman's Park. These spaces are located at 516 Fuller Ave. Suite 1 Helena Montanan 59601. Each office is located in the front of the building Of Park View Dentistry and the landlord is Dr. Cooper Mitchell. He is such a terrific landlord. One of the office spaces is 110 sq. ft. with a window to the east and is $433.16 per month. The other space is 138 sq. ft. and is $525.26. Both are occupied until June 30, 2026. We have a kitchenette. There is also an office room for mailboxes, xerox machine, internet and such. There are men's and women's restrooms. The building is handicapped accessible. There is a ramp in front of the building and the women's bathroom has a handicapped stall. In our area there is a total of 5 offices so three are currently occupied. The location is ideal. There are restaurants, shops, the walking mall, and even a library at the end of the walking mall that are walking distance. In front of the building is paid parking but there are 5 parking spaces for us in the lot of the dentist. We are close to the civic center, police station and fire station.
