Here’s a toolbox with some terrific patina; this classic is probably from the forties or fifties; has a comfortable carry handle; hasp holds securely; lid opens and closes well to reveal one large compartment; measures approx. 12” wide x 3 1/2” high x 5 ½” deep which means it will fit easily under most truck’s bench seat; good condition; holds a few basic tools or some fishing gear for slipping away discretely on a summer afternoon; has some small scratches and nicks and paint splotches consistent with a working classic; also has two holes that were possibly drilled for drainage purposes
