I do not see us doing any tile jobs. This saw has to go because we need the space, so I am dropping the price on this almost daily until somebody grabs it.
About the saw:
Comes with its own stand, plus an extra blade. (I have the ties on there to ensure it does not get knocked off when moving it around, but the stand is just fine.)
This 20" version is no longer in production, but there are parts available whenever needed. And here is the 24" for reference:
