You will need an A123 battery for the airborne unit, a 9V battery for the transmitter, and helium. Pretty sure you can just take the balloon into a Dollar store and they’ll fill it for you cheaply.
These go for about $40 - $50 on eBay, this is a new, unused one for $20. I actually have two of these, would sell both for $35. However, I don’t believe they can be operated at the same time. These are pretty simple R/C units and I think they would interfere with each other.
