Has some cosmetic issues on the outside, but interior is next to excellent condition. Needs squirrel fan for furnace. Everything else is in working order according to previous owners. Ac cover is broken. Has a solid particle door reinforced with 2x4’s, better than original in my opinion. Has electric brakes, tires are good.
