Real clean 18' 1/2-ton towable pull camper with tandem axes. The camper has a rear corner bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single above. It sleeps up to 7 people, the dinette makes into a double bed and the couch folds out. It has a nice kitchen with a stove, oven, overhead exhaust fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, large sink and lots of storage space. The full bathroom has a sink, shower, tub and toilet. It has a good heater and AC along with a stereo and TV antenna. There are two 30-gallon propane tanks which are full, two RV batteries in cases and comes with an equalizer hitch. Extra insulation was added around the water pipes, under the floor to make the camper three season usable. The camper has been well cared for and everything works as it should. We are asking $9500.
