Enjoy all the charm that downtown Helena has to offer with a new office space to call home. The Lion Building has been serving downtown Helena's best businesses since the 1920's and as of 8/1/25 is under new local ownership and management.
Our first floor houses retail tenants such as the HUB Coffee shop, the Hair Bar, Evolve Nutrition with Last Chance Grappling Club in the basement. Our 2nd and 3rd floors are populated with attorneys, therapists, MDs, counselors, artists, insurance brokers, financial advisors and more. One of the few office buildings with an elevator means convenience for you and your clients.

In addition to your office, you'll have access to conference rooms, kitchen spaces, and lounge areas for your business needs.
We currently have several small offices available RIGHT NOW with different shapes and sizes. All offices are offered on a one-year lease, or month-to-month for an additional 10% in rent. Office rent includes your utilities and maintenance of the common areas. We even have a desk or two to get you by until you deck out your space.

#202 is 144 sq. ft. and is $375 per month. This unit is close to the elevator and easy to find with a window to the hallway.
#204 is 144 sq. ft. and is $375 per month. This unit is only 2 doors down from 202 in the main corridor, also with a hallway window.
#214 is 114 sq. ft. and is $350 per month. This unit is right across from the 2nd floor kitchen and has a hallway window.
#221 is 137 sq. ft and is $375 per month. This unit is an interior office with a cutout for your desk.
3rd Floor

#302 is 168 sq. ft. and is $425 per month. This unit has an east-facing window with lots of natural light.
#310 is 170 sq. ft. and is $375 per month. This is a corner unit at the end of the hall that is extremely quiet.
Virtual Tenancy

Need a physical Helena address but no office space? Join our virtual tenancy for $95/month (first and last month's only to get started) and you can have a prestigious address on Last Chance Gulch. We can forward your mail and even let you use our conference facilities (extra charges may apply) when the need arises.
Coworking Only
