Looking for QUIET apartment/house mid May (Helena)

Employed full time single with no kids late 40s guy looking for a quiet apartment (no basement) or small house for mid May to early June move in. Not interested in anything thats next to barking dogs, screaming neighbors, etc. Wouldn't mind having a yard or plot to grow my veggies. No criminal history here, non-smoker, non-drug user, and great rental history with great credit. Also not interested any rental that is street parking.
