We have big, medium, or little juicing apples. I have the apples bagged in 5# or 3# bags. All of the apples have a high pectin value, the little apples are loaded with pectin. Plenty of pectin to use the juice for jelly (or something else) and then still harvest pectin from the skins and cores.
$1 per pound
I also have raw juice available! Straight out of the juicer. I use 2.5 pints of juice add water then sweeten to taste when making 1 gallon of drinking apple juice. So each half gallon makes 6 gallons of apple juice. Or any other item you can imagine. Apple cider vinegar, apple wine, fire cider, jelly, the list goes on!

We are in Whitehall on Saturdays at the farmers Market (9am to 1pm). We go to Three Forks and set up in Mobile Mikes parking lot every Thursday (4pm to 7pm). Get yours before they are gone!
