You probably notice the descriptions of these patterns are very similar. They are difficult to tell apart from each other unless you are intentionally comparing them. As such, they can be easily integrated into the same table setting. This is also the reason we are selling them together.
The Dubarry set consists of 13 Cups, 8 Saucers, 4 – 4 ¼” Small Ashtrays, 4 Napkin Rings, 3 Single Egg Cups, 1 – 11” Oval Serving Platter.
You could build some of this 80-piece set with Used pieces through Replacements Ltd., ebay, and Etsy for about $2000 or you could have this set, Unused, for a fourth of that.
My wife obtained these pieces direct at the Kaiser-Porzellan Factory Store in Staffelstein, Germany in 1980 while I was in the Army and stationed in Germany. It is very difficult to get the desired pieces in the desired patterns in the Factory store.
