Great Divide Ski Area is hiring Kitchen Crew Members to join our lodge team for the ski season! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and want a job that stays interesting day to day, this could be a great fit.
As a Kitchen Crew Member, you’ll play an essential role in creating a great experience for our guests. This is a hands-on position where you’ll rotate through various roles in the kitchen and lodge—no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Grill & Fryer: Cook and prepare menu items such as burgers, fries, sandwiches, and more
Taking Orders & Cashiering: Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and handle payments efficiently
Lodge Cleaning: Keep the dining and kitchen areas clean and welcoming, including tables and restocking supplies
Food Preparation: Assist with basic prep tasks like slicing, portioning, and assembling menu items
Team Support: Jump in wherever needed during busy times to keep operations running smoothly

No experience? No problem.
We provide training for all kitchen positions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving kitchen environment
