We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This full-time position is ideal for someone hard working, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide excellent service to guests during late-night check-ins and early check-outs
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
• Complete nightly audit and reporting procedures
• Ensure the front desk remains welcoming and organized overnight
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Professional, friendly attitude and a passion for customer service
• Strong attention to detail and reliability during overnight shifts
• Basic computer skills (we’ll provide training on our systems)
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Opera knowledge is a plus
