We are seeking a Branch Manager that has strong sales and production experience both in commercial and residential construction.
We are a competitive, growing Montana roofing contracting company in business since 2004.

This position is part of an operations team that plans, manages, and performs work in a safe and professional fashion.
Strong leadership, management, organization and people skills is absolutely necessary.
Must have the ability to see the larger picture of the organization and function on a multi faceted level.
This is a new location, the successful applicant will have the backing and support of our other 2 locations but will be expected to grow annual local contracts to $2 million or more.
To be properly executed this position demands time and effort. Long days and weekends may be necessary.
Resource management (labor and materials) as well as quality control is vital to this position.
This is a leadership position. You will be expected to communicate and execute and use problem solving and conflict resolution skills daily.

Pay will be highly competitive and negotiated upon hire ($40k-$60k).
