“Jim Blackburn” logo (as opposed to just “Blackburn” on the later ones) on these classic racks dates them to the seventies. Made in the USA, of an aluminum alloy; excellent shape; fit a 27 x ¼” wheel; support arm measures approx. 14” long; platform length is approx. 12”; front rack is especially hard to find
