Put your hands on this ultimate campus cruiser, the “EuroTourV” by Ross Bicycles (which began life in 1946 as the Chain Bicycle Corp.). Designed and built in New York, possibly in the early seventies.
This retro 20” frame fits a rider with a pants inseam of approx. 30” to 31”
