We upgraded our dishwasher (fits 24" opening) and Microwave (over the oven, fits 29 7/8" opening). Both the microwave and dishwasher are in good working order. I reused the power cord and drain hose from the dishwasher so you'll need to get those (readily available at Lowes or Home Depot). Detergent door on dishwasher is missing, but does not affect performance.
$250 for dishwasher
$100 for microwave
